The Chapel of the Confraternity in Perdifumo dates back to the 1600s. Its exterior features a small bell tower positioned at the center of the façade. On the right side of the façade, there’s a depiction of Pietro Pappacarbone, the founder of Perdifumo, created using ceramic painting. The entrance, which does not have a portal, is elevated above ground level by four steps. Inside, the chapel consists of a single nave and features an altar dedicated to Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary.
