Among the alleys of Perdifumo’s historic center, there are noble residences with doorways dating from the late 1600s to the early 1900s. Each doorway displays the family crest and dates.
These portals are crafted from piperno, a local stone. Notable noble palaces include Palazzo Amoresano, Palazzo Laurice, and Palazzo Giardulli, which houses an 19th-century olive press inside.
